Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Miss Nori garment tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
